How to apply

Please complete the following form and fill out the case example template to submit your application for the RCVS Knowledge Awards.

RCVS Knowledge offers a grants and awards program on an annual basis to veterinary professionals. We obtain personal data based on your consent. If you are awarded as a Winner or a Highly Commended runner-up, RCVS Knowledge will retain your personal data in line with financial requirements and for no longer than is necessary. The personal data we collect may include your name, address, telephone number and email address. Those selected as Winners will also provide their practice financial details for RCVS Knowledge to administer the award. If unsuccessful, the personal data is deleted within 3 months.

If successful, by submitting this case example you are consenting to RCVS Knowledge reviewing and publishing your findings. The material may therefore be published on the RCVS Knowledge website under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International Public License . Users may copy and redistribute this material, provided they comply with the terms of the License including giving appropriate credit to the creator of the material in line with your permission agreement. You are also confirming that you will not share any materials submitted as part of this application or the results of the awards until RCVS Knowledge states that it is fine to do so.
