About David

David joined the team as Archivist in May 2023. Archivist responsibilities include collecting historic records relevant to the field of veterinary science from internal and external sources, overseeing their availability to researchers and ensuring the archive remains pertinent to the aims of the organisation.

Before joining RCVS Knowledge David has previously worked as Archivist for the University of West London, Wiltshire Council and the Museum of English Rural Life.

Away from work David is a fan of his hometown football team (the mighty Leek Town) and enjoys visiting historic places, going to the cinema, and has begun walking the South West Coastal Path.
