Ophthalmic surgical safety checklist

Animal Health Trust created the ophthalmic surgical safety checklist alongside a general surgical safety checklist, which is also available within this download. The theatre team became a Champion Practice in the 2020 Knowledge Awards for their dedication to making the checklist a part of their daily routine.
