This award-winning case example details the Quality Improvement (QI) techniques used by the Medical Quality team at Linnaeus to promote and facilitate the reporting of safety incidents and near misses. The project – which won the RCVS Knowledge QI to Lead Organisational Change Award in 2025 – saw the Medical Quality team provide training and tools to Linnaeus’ veterinary teams to help them report incidents.
